Im-Mac Logic Bolero
Back in 1984, Nick Beggs and John Mulligan from British new wave band ‘Fashion’, worked together on a project, released on 12″ by the ‘Assorted Images’ label, catalogue number AI001.
This project was released under the name of ‘Im-Mac Logic’ and the tracks on the release were:
A) Bolero
B1) Logics of Emotion
B2) ‘Two Takes’ (French Version)

Hope you enjoyed Im-Mac Logic with Bolero.
Kajadvent Day 24
Number 24 on the Kajadvent calendar is a little Christmas message from myself.
Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your time and support over the past month of KajaFax being live.
In creating something new, you never know if anyone will read it and what the general reaction will be, so to see the count increase every day means so much to me and your continued support is hugely appreciated. With over 3100 views so far, this is very encouraging for a site which is yet to be established.
The twitter account continues to expand and now has over 130 followers which is a tremendous growth in such a short period of time. I’ve gotten to ‘meet’ some fantastic people all over the world by being involved in this so again, many thanks to you all.
I have no idea whether any of the band members read the site at all but just incase, please do continue to do so into 2011 and we can make this a very Happy Goo Year together for the fans!!
It’s my birthday tomorrow too, a Christmas baby!! 🙂
So from me, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous New Year x
Love,
Steve

Rare KajaGooGoo in Japan Programme
One of my favourite KajaGooGoo items is this superb oversized glossy programme from 1984 of KajaGooGoo in Japan.
Here are the shots of all the pages in running order:

I hope that you enjoyed seeing this awesome piece of vintage memorabilia from the band.

Kajadvent Day 22
Into the final three now, let’s take a look at what’s under number 22 on the Kajadvent calendar.

It’s the big one, the worldwide smash and it gets no better than seeing the 1983 tour performance from the Hammersmith Odeon for day 22.
Nick Beggs and Limahl Interviews
Various interviews will exist in various places all over the internet, some I will have read and many that I won’t.
I’m quite surprised that I’ve never seen these ones until today though, these interviews appear on the ‘Remember the Eighties’ website, at this page:
http://www.remembertheeighties.com/index2.html
This Nick Beggs interview is very interesting, it talks about some sensitive subject matter and they’ve caught Nick in a serious mood!
The Limahl interview from 2006 talks about his ‘Tell Me Why’ single and also responds to the Nick interview with some sensitive matter!
For the Nick Beggs interview, scroll down to KAJAGOOGOO from the index.
For the Limahl interview, scroll down to LIMAHL from the index.
Both are great reading and it’s a fantastic site.

KajaGooGoo Hammersmith 1983 DVD Campaign
This post is designed to take you back to the actual evening of May 31st 1983 and experience a part of the final show of the UK White Feathers Tour.
This concert footage was released on Laserdisc, Videodisc and VHS but has never since been released to the DVD format.
It would be fantastic to be able to pop this into the DVD player and watch in high quality but this is currently not possible. With your support, it makes the chance of release much higher.
Here is the show running order.
I have no doubt the demand is out there, proving that is the key!

UPDATE 18th January 2011
EMI have stated that they have no plan to make this release. They do confirm that if the commercial deal was right, it could be licenced to someone else.
Cherry Red have stated that they have no plan to make this release. It sounds like they were offered the licence around a year ago and nothing ever came of it.
I have also contacted Eagle and Edsel and neither have replied.
So currently, the situation is back to square one. I will keep searching for good companies who may be interested in picking up this release.
Thank you so much for your support on this one, emails continue to come in supporting the need for this release. Please do keep them coming. The quest for this release was helped by RememberThe Eighties who featured this on their website and newsletter.
KajaFax will keep you all posted on any update to the story.
Many thanks,
Steve & Steve
Kajadvent Day 20
Into the home straight now, let’s take a look at what’s under number 20 on the Kajadvent calendar.
KajaGooGoo – KajaGooGoo (Live on the Tube 1983)

The theme tune of the band, the self titled KajaGooGoo. Not ‘Preparing Myself for a Fall’ as the introduction says. Also, note that the lyrics that Limahl sings are only ever sung live on this track 🙂
