Limahl Don’t Suppose CD Release Delay
Back on December 2nd 2010, we posted that the ‘Don’t Suppose’ album from Limal would be finally released on CD by the label ‘Gold Legion’.
This CD was announced on a pre-order basis and was due to be released on January 25th 2011.

New information has come from Gold Legion about a delay on the release of this CD, many thanks to Florian Hohring for the update.
“We are behind on this release, but not too far. We just completed mastering and looking to complete art and liner notes shortly. We are looking at a February 28th release. We will have an email update next week once we have confirmation from EMI, that we are all on schedule”
It sounds like not everyone has had the email update hence this post so hang tight guys, hopefully this one will be around in ten days….

KajaGooGoo UK Tour 2009 Ticket Stubs
We’ve already started doing this for the 1983 UK tour so it seems like a good idea to make a collection of the 2009 ticket stubs also. There won’t be individual posts for these ones, just a collection so we’ll try to have updates once the collection gets bigger.
There are ten dates listed on the September/October 2009 tour flyer, we’ll also include the warm up concert before the tour which was at Birkenhead.

Limahl in Let’s Dance Comic Relief Week 3
Back on February 8th we reported that Limahl would be appearing in this series of Let’s Dance for Comic Relief.
New information through shows that Limo will appear in the third episode of the series, going to air on Saturday 5th March 2011.
The first episode going to air on Saturday 19th February will have Russell Kane, Colin and Justin, Rebecca Front, Ed Byrne, stars of hit drama Waterloo Road, and Katie Price dancing.
If enough fans vote on the 5th, Limahl would get through to the final the week after and dance again so make sure we all support him and see him through.
We will endeavour to record the episode and share it via KajaFax especially for all our non-UK Limahl fans so keep an eye out for that.

KajaFax 1 – The Full Magazine
The original KajaFax Magazines are like treasure, it really does give me great pleasure to share these pictures of the full first edition.
Back in 1983/1984, the band released five official magazines under the name of KajaFax and here we have the complete first edition. All of these magazines were post Limahl.

The first edition also have came with a badge and I think this was a three piece plastic badge featuring Kaja, Goo and Goo pieces which clicked together. Here is that badge though I can’t see evidence of it being a three piece:

KajaGooGoo on Thommy’s Pop Show 1983
KajaGooGoo appeared as a four piece band towards the end of 1983 on a show called ‘Thommy’s Pop Show’, this was recorded on 15th December 1983.
The band perform three tracks live, ‘Big Apple’, ‘Too Shy’ and ‘Hang on Now’. At this point, the band were only a few months into performing as a four piece so this video shows how well they adapted to that.

KajaFax has received some Valentines Day love from the band today with an announcement of this site on their official site.
It’s a huge honour for KajaFax to be recognised by the band and acknowledged in this way.
The guys have given some great comments about the site before and this a superb link to further strengthen the relationship between us and the band.
