Chart Position

Chart Position

Chart Day was today and unfortunately, we didn’t make the Top 40.

At this point, we have no indication of what our final chart position was nor do we know how many were sold, when we do find out we will of course share that information.

We’re very disappointed, we pushed out to thousands of people in various ways and we just didn’t sell enough, that’s all we can say at this point.

We’d like to thank everyone who bought the single and everyone who helped us along the way, we did our best and we wish we could have got a better result for you all.

We’d also like to thank you for sticking with us for five weeks whilst we’ve hammered the point across about the single!!

We’d also like to thank Limahl and Jez for taking time to really be a part of this and we’re gutted for you guys that we haven’t got this higher.  This of course not a reflection on the music, it just didn’t go far enough.

Death Defying Headlines was released on Red Dot Music.

A huge ‘Sorry’ to Limahl and Jez (as well as the rest of the group, of course) for not making it.

I know that I speak on behalf of both myself and Steve C when I say that we gave it our best shot.

The guys worked so incredibly hard on this and I’m genuinly suprised they didn’t do it. Congratulations for all the effort they put in, they really did try as hard as they could. I know you didn’t make it but you got some great people on side such as ITV and BBC Radio – with no money and experience I think you got people talking about it, such a shame it didn’t show in sales. But still – WELL DONE!
