These items are now quite scarce; this particular example was recently brought back to the UK from the United States of America. Quite a well travelled piece of paper!

I would have no idea where a copy can be purchased to be honest. We do have a full copy here at KajaFax but as we are officially ‘sanctioned’ by the band themselves, we can’t really publish a full copy here on-line.
