The Stars Sing Betjeman in aid of the Diana Award, is a musical celebration of acclaimed poet Sir John Betjeman’s work.

Hear Betjeman’s poems as you have never heard them before- set to music by Mike Read. The evening will include musical performances from an array of stars.
Sir John Betjeman was a poet and writer and held the post of Poet Laureate from 1972 until his death in 1984. He was also a popular television personality and an exponent of Victorian architecture, becoming a founding member of the Victorian Society.
