Rare Chris Hamill Single

Back in 1981, before he’d changed his name to ‘Limahl’, a young chap called Chris Hamill released a singled called ‘Angel’ with a B-Side called ‘Goodnight Sleep’.

This very rare single actually turned on on eBay last week and fetched a good price. Well done to the lucky buyer!!

This one isn’t mine, it was on eBay last week and finished yesterday evening. It fetched a good price and I had thought it would sneak through as the seller hadn’t mentioned Limahl anywhere in the listing 🙂

I was watching it for days and wondered if it might slip through for a good price but when I saw where it was headed, I figured a bidding war was already in progress and I’d step aside and leave them to it!!
Will look forward to seeing more photos, especially the back cover which remains a mystery!!

I really like the design and artwork on the sleeve…done by hand too it seems.
Distributed by Spartan which were the distributers for all of Tik and Tok’s records. 🙂
I have bought one this week with a load of other singles in a charity shop and temped to put on ebay ……the vinyl is in excellent condition and the sleeve is a bit worn but intact .Willing to sell for a good price
i had angel and its christmas but lost them years a go i loved those songs
