A Japanese twitter user posted this photo up earlier this week and it got me wondering what it was all about. Is it new or is it old? What exactly is it promoting?

It says ‘KajaGoo’ …….have they shortened their name?
It will be one of those scrolling marquee displays so the name will have been captured as it was coming round. It does look new to me too, I wish I knew more to it!
